이번 겨울에 새로 들어온 라마르조꼬 리니어 AV모델 2그룹 머신의 스팀 압력이 너무 강력하고 추출 온도가 매우 낮은 편으로 설정되어 있어 조정을 해불 필요가 있었다.

라마르조꼬 에스프레소 머신들은 위의 부품도(뒤쪽 온수보일러 맨 왼쪽 위)에서 보듯이 온수 보일러의 압력 조정에 사용되는 부품은 압력스위치이다. 라마로조꼬에 사용되는 압력 스위치는 크기가 큰 Sirai 브랜드의 스위치나 혹은 C.E.M.E. 브랜드의 스위치이다.

							<description><![CDATA[ &nbsp; ▲ 구아테말라 SHB 1kg을 볶으려고 학과 배전실로 내려가면서, 배전의 오묘함과 즐거움에 들떠 추운 줄도 몰랐다. 마침 연구실에 커피가 다 떨어진 타이밍에, 요즘 한참 풍덩 빠져 있는 日本 커피책의 배전 부분을 읽고 있던 중이라 즐거움은 더해진다. 구아테말라 생두를 꺼내보니 색깔도 곱고 깨끗하다. 과연 이 녀석의 배전을 책에서 설명하는데로 맞춰 생각해볼 수 있을까하며 로스팅기에 전원 스위치를 넣었다. 방학 시작한지 벌써 한달이 넘어 식을대로 식은 로스터를 어루만지며, 더욱 커피 공부에서 즐거움을 느껴보고자 하는 작은 소망을 빌어본다.

							<description><![CDATA[ 12월부터 2월까지는 맑고 깨끗한 날씨가 자주 나타난다. 
부산 광안리 해변에도 역시 마찬가지여서 그런 날은 하늘도 이쁘고 바닷빛도 무척이나 예쁘다. 
2009년 1월 1일 새해 첫날
목욕하고 나오는데 만난 멋지고 웅장한 鳶들이 겨울 해변의 하늘을 힘차게 날고 있었다.
멀리서 볼 때는 그냥 "백여개 되는 鳶이 날고 있네" 하는 정도의 느낌이었지만
가까이 가서 보니 그 위용과 자태가 아주 매혹적이다. 가오리연들이 150개는 족히 될 정도로 연결된 鳶들.
꼬리를 흔들며 하늘을 수놓는 이 鳶들은 그 힘이 대단하다. 
이 鳶의 이름은 "붉은 악마"라고 한다.

공연은 정말 훌륭했고, 관객들의 환호와 만족도 매우 강했다. 들어서는 입구에서야 제대로 자세히 보게된 공연 포스터.

							<description><![CDATA[ 2008년이 지났다. 벌써 2009년이 시작되었다. 
연말이면 고마운 사람이 생각나게 마련이다.
가장 깊은 마음으로 머털도사를 응원해준 분을 초대하여
오봇한 송년회를 단골집인 해운대 달맞이 고개에 위치한 일식당 '몽'에서 가졌다.
항상 그렇듯 스시 카운터에 앉아 '감사하다'는 이야기부터 시작하여
지난 한 해동안에 있었던 일들과 앞으로의 일들을 서로 표현해냈다.
겉으로 드러내지 않으면서도 항상 격려와 관심과 지원을 아끼지 않았던 사람과
함께 즐거운 시간을 가질 수 있는 행운도 감사한 일이다. 부산 해운대 달맞이 고개 중간쯤에 해운대 바다가 한 눈에 내려다 보이는 곳에
